Helping You Become A Better You

Studio Cycling

Studio Cycling classes are one of the most popular forms of cardio and endurance exercise, and after your first session it will be easy to see why. It’s quick, effective, and you won’t end up covered in mud!

You can burn up to 600 calories in a single class and our friendly instructors will ensure you’ll have a great time while you do it.

Though we try to make our classes accessible for all, our instructors will be there to help push you to your limits and beyond and reach new heights, all the while creating a fun and dynamic class environment that everyone will enjoy!

Studio Bootcamp

Our Studio Bootcamp classes are designed to build strength and improve fitness through a varied range of exciting exercises.

These small group sessions aim to help you get quick results, and discover new high-intensity exercises while you’re at it. We aim to keep these classes small, meaning you’ll be able to enjoy a more personal, tailored approach to the coaching.

Each Studio Bootcamp class will combine an effective routine of strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. You’ll be lifting things, flipping things, and hitting things, in between fast-paced spurts of cardio and flexibility exercises. 

These sessions are sure to work up a sweat and leave you feeling satisfied and rejuvenated, and with so many different exercises, you’ll never get bored!
